At Smilodox®, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit for your workout; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with their original tags into the shipping bag or box, ensuring it is securely sealed.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping point; once processed at our warehouse, your refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.
